I was at the Ataxia seminar in Las Vegas and enjoyed your class,
Wish it had been longer. I’ve always heard it was important to breathe in through or nose and out your mouth. I’m a mouth breather and find it challenging to breathe i through my nose, I don’t seem to get enoughj air.
Thanks for your feedback Cindy! In general, breathing through your nose is recommended by most teachers. There are a couple reasons for this. Mainly, breathing through your nose warms and filters the air more than breathing through your mouth. However, there’s nothing wrong with mouth breathing, especially if you’re getting insufficient oxygen while breathing through your nose. As you continue to practice, you may find your lung capacity impoves, your airways clear and it gets easier to breath through your nose. Until then, keep doing what you’re doing.
Thanks foer getting back to me so promptly
